1. Internship – Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the mechanical engineering team in product design, testing, and data collection
  • Support prototype assembly, experimental validation, and technical analysis
  • Prepare and update engineering drawings (SolidWorks / AutoCAD)
  • Organize technical documents, testing reports, and project files
  • Support day-to-day engineering tasks as assigned

Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Basic understanding of mechanical principles, manufacturing processes, and materials
  • Familiar with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or relevant software (preferred)
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication and learning skills
  • Able to commit at least X days per week (fill in based on your requirement)

2. Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for mechanical product design, development, and improvement
  • Conduct structural analysis, material evaluation, and feasibility assessment
  • Prepare engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation
  • Participate in prototype testing, troubleshooting, and corrective actions
  • Work closely with production, procurement, and quality teams to support project progress
  • Participate in site visits for installation, inspection, measurement, troubleshooting, or project coordination

Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD; familiar with manufacturing processes
  • Strong hands-on skills and the ability to perform independent design work
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred (can be adjusted based on your needs)
  • Willing to travel locally for site visits when required

3. Project Assistant

Responsibilities:
  • Assist project managers in tracking project milestones and follow-up actions
  • Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth execution
  • Prepare project documentation, meeting minutes, and reports
  • Arrange schedules, support project planning, and handle coordination tasks
  • Monitor project progress and highlight issues when necessary
  • Attend site visits to support project coordination, data collection, and reporting

Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in any field (engineering background is an advantage)
  • Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Responsible, proactive, and organized
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to attend site visits when required
